Many parents love to see the utter joy and excitement Old Father Christmas can bring to their child. For many people, childhood memories of Father Christmas are the best Christmas memories they have. Keeping your child believing in Santa, however, can be a daunting task. Children are smart these days, and some of the old Santa tricks just don’t get by them anymore.

Many children are perpetually plagued with the question, “Is there a Santa Claus?” Every family may have slightly different Christmas traditions with regards to Santa Claus, but there are some very easy things any person can do to keep the belief in Santa at an all time high. The following techniques will keep your child believing in the magic and wonderment of Santa Claus and you don’t have to be familiar with the history of Santa Claus to apply them.

1) Have your child write a Santa Letter. This can be a simple letter that your child can write to Santa Claus. Children absolutely love to write a letter to Santa, but they occasionally need a little parental guidance to pull it off. Help your child include a special list of gifts they desire for Christmas into the Santa letter. Many children enjoy creativity and drawing or cutting out pictures that represent the gifts they want. Once the child’s Santa letter is complete, simply mail it to the North Pole. Mail it to the following Santa Claus address: Santa Claus, 1 Candy Cane Lane, North Pole 00001. Don’t use a return address - you wouldn’t want it to return as ‘undeliverable’ for any reason.

2) Write a Letter from Santa and have your child receive it in the mail. Create a personalized letter from Santa by mentioning your child’s name and certain personal information about your child (such as the name of a pet) in the text. This will make for a much more believable Santa letter. Be sure to make these letters from Santa different for each child in the same household. The child will have no doubt that Santa Claus is coming to town after they receive their personalized letter from Santa! “I can honestly state as a parent that the personalized letter from Santa has single handedly restored my son’s belief!” Print the Santa letter on authentic looking letterhead, as this will help to reinforce the believability. You can add to the fun by getting your letter from Santa postmarked at the North Pole. If you live in the USA, simply send your Santa letter inside another sealed, stamped envelope to: North Pole Christmas Cancellation, Postmaster, 5400 Mail Trail, Fairbanks, AK 99709-9999. (but it needs to arrive by December 15th) Many parents add a certificate for being on Santa’s “Nice List” along with the Santa Letter for added effect. Another great item to add with the Santa letter is a Santa Claus coloring sheet. Combining the personalized Santa letter, the certificate and the Santa Claus coloring sheet is a great way to keep your child believing.

3) Have your child leave milk and cookies out for Santa Claus (and a carrot for the reindeer) on Christmas Eve. This is easy to do with your child. It lets your child know YOU still believe, too. Make it a bonding experience for you and your child by baking the cookies together on Christmas Eve. Don’t underestimate how powerful this can be for creating joyful memories of Santa Claus, for both you and your child. Did you know that Santa’s favorite cookie recipe is Chocolate Chip? Put the fresh cookies on a plate next to a glass of cold milk. You can even put a short letter to Santa Claus next to the cookies and milk. These snacks will give Santa the energy he needs to carry on traveling to the millions of other households awaiting his arrival. Don’t forget to leave some crumbs on the plate Christmas morning. Your child will feel honored that Santa Claus ate the whole plate of cookies and drank all of the milk before rushing on his way.

4) The night before Xmas, ask your child to sprinkle reindeer food on the lawn. Santa Claus gets milk and cookies on Christmas Eve, but what about Rudolph and the rest of the joyful gang? What do they eat? Well, reindeer food, of course! You can make a batch of environmentally friendly reindeer food with common grocery items such as oats or granola. (Do not use potentially hazardous items, such as glitter in your reindeer food. Although this may make the reindeer food appear to be magical in some way, it can be extremely dangerous if ingested by small children, should they decide to ‘sample’ the reindeer food. It can also be hazardous to rabbits, dogs, or cats that may eat the food.) Once you have the reindeer food mixed up, walk outside with your child on Christmas Eve night and explain the importance of making sure Santa’s sleigh team stays fed. Sprinkle a tiny amount onto your lawn, bushes or trees. This healthy snack will give Rudolph and the rest of the reindeers the nourishment they need to continue flying Santa’s heavy sleigh into the night. Your child will be proud to have helped Father Christmas on his journey, and is sure to raise the belief in Rudolph and the other reindeer as well.

5) Leave Santa Claus tracks in your house on Christmas Eve. Being sure to not stain your carpet, leave some boot prints by the fireplace (or in the doorway). Be sure to draw attention to Father Christmas’ footprints on Christmas morning. To a child, this is concrete evidence that Santa has indeed been to their house.

6) A month or so after Christmas, send your child a postcard from Santa Claus on vacation. This not only keeps your child believing, but reminds your child that Santa is in their hearts all year long. It also answers the common question posed by children after Christmas, “Where is Santa Claus now?” Be sure to make the postcard from somewhere very warm and sunny. After all, Santa does need a break from all that North Pole snow.

7) Mail your child a birthday greeting from Santa Claus. This tips works well in tandem with the personalized Santa Letter you mailed your child previously. Mailing your child a simple birthday card from Santa is an excellent way to keep your child’s belief high throughout the year. Your child will think, “Wow! Santa actually knows my birthday!” Parents that have extremely intelligent kids or kids that are getting slightly older will genuinely need to utilize all seven techniques mentioned above to keep their child believing in Santa Claus.

These techniques will make sure your child is one of the millions of children that write Santa Letters each and every holiday season… one of the millions of children that believe wholeheartedly in Santa Claus. Guillain Barre Syndrome. Do you know what that is? Guillain-Barré Syndrome is a disorder in which the body’s immune system attacks part of the peripheral nervous system. The first symptoms of this disorder include varying degrees of weakness or tingling sensations in the legs. In many instances, the weakness and abnormal sensations spread to the arms and upper body. These symptoms can increase in intensity until the muscles cannot be used at all and the patient is almost totally paralyzed.

Surgery or vaccinations can trigger Guillain-Barré Syndrome . The disorder can develop over the course of hours or days, or it may take up to 3 to 4 weeks. There is NO known CURE for Guillain-Barré Syndrome.

For anyone who is reading this article and called into the radio show I was on last week, I want to say thank you for your opinions. One gentleman in particular called in and spoke to me named Jim. He was very upset about this H1N1 vaccine. He told me that he would much rather die then to get another flu shot ever again. What does that tell you people?

Between 24 and 32 people died of illnesses related to the vaccine, and an estimated 500 people developed Guillain-Barre Syndrome. The case of Sam Goldstein and the swine flu vaccine. Within a month Sam Goldstein was dead. He died of pneumonia, a complication of Guillain-Barre, on Jan. 15, 1977. Check the date people 1977. Our governments have been playing with this Flu for over 30 years.

I see a new commercial just came out from the (IWA) Independent Women’s Association about Health Care Reform. They used England as an example of how England’s Breast Cancer rate is higher than America’s because of a national health care plan. GET USED TO IT FOLKS. There may end up being a waiting list for all kinds of services here in America too. Victoria Kelley here again and I would like to shed some light on the Australian socialized medicine program. Some of the OTHER facts.

Australia has had socialized medicine for over 25 years now. Remember too the economy wasnt in such a mess either. The public sector DO have to wait in line for surgery many times. If you can afford to pay that is a different story. Class system? Yes I can say that. Privately owned hospitals in Australia give better service. Public hospitals another story. Your hospitals here in the USA will come under government control too. The Government here in America have to know this too, but still they continue to push this health care reform. There is a catch 22 situation here.

1983 was when Australia decided to introduce socialized medicine, things were very different then. Of course every program has it’s pro’s and con’s. There are a few things to consider with socialized medicine as well. The privacy factor. Your information will become public knowledge. There are problems with card fraud as well. In Australia you are given a swipe card with your Medicare number on it. Also remember another thing here, Australia has had many years of tweaking and playing with the system, in a far more accepting economy.

There are waiting lists for up to one year for knee surgery. Government officials counting hospital chairs as available beds. This is YOUR future AMERICA. Ask yourself why Australian Doctors now live and work in America, if the Australian system is so great?  It has proven to be long term poison for doctors’ incomes in Australia. Dentists earn more in Australia than Doctors do.

There will be NO incentives to join the health care industry. In many cases now, a sales person will be able to make much more than a doctor can. If there are NO doctors there is NO health care. Can a nurse perform surgery? He or she might have to if we have no doctors, willing to work in a public health care system.

When was the last time you had to do some quick math figures in your head? You may need to know it quickly by some of these statistics and population. The United Kingdom  Population: 60,943,912 (July 2008 estimated.) The USA we have Population: 303,824,640 (July 2008 estimated)

1. The doctors worry that their earnings, as well as their decision-making ability, already curtailed by clerks in insurance companies, will be further curtailed by government agencies. If I were a doctor I would be concerned too. It has already happened in other countries that have this same socialised medical system.

2. Pharmaceutical companies worry that their ability to charge high prices for their drugs will be restricted. They are unbelievably greedy as it is. Someone needs to step in and mandate their prices and research that has gone crazy.

3.Insurance companies worry that their stranglehold on the current system will be loosened. The Insurance companies take too much as it is. They need to loosen the purse strings to those people who cannot afford high price insurance.

4. Small businesses worry that they may be required to provide coverage that they cannot afford. These are the guys I really feel for. Struggling to provide a living for themselves and their employees. More insurance hike ups and pay outs to the government will force them to lay off employees. That’s not fair either.

5.The airwaves are full of misinformation. Well haven’t I been saying all along do your own research and stop believing everything that your told.

President Obama as part of his Presidential Campaign promised Health Care Reform but it seems to me, he has left it up to everyone else to fight over. He has pretty much left it to the parties in Congress to pass a Bill with key points that, he would like to see changed. How does this seem right?

When this whole health care reform issue, erupts into a full scale problem in this country what is Mr.Obama going to do then? So many average Americans are so angry over Health Care reform that they are ready to start physically fighting, in the streets! Our duly elected representatives are behaving like children by name calling the average person and treating us like morons. If OUR Doctors go on strike, your health care and this whole country will basically come to a stand still. NO Doctors NO health care. People want to fight about Health Care Reform. Well Let me ask you a question then? In the USA we still do not have a final decision about Health Care Reform. If this is passed and we are already being forced into Vaccines by the state of Massachusetts, what else do you think our Government will do once they pass this Reform? If you are old and sick, will they throw you away like an old shoe? The government cant afford YOUR medicine anymore, time to die grandpa. PEOPLE WAKE UP.

Many lives have been lost over people who had profit and greed to gain by going to war and controlling the masses. Profits and fortunes made through the loss of human life. How blind can YOU be?

As I have said on many occasions, I do not profess to know much about politics, military strategy, health care reform, oil or anything else related to these matters. However, OUR FREEDOM and RIGHTS are another matter. I do know many of them, have been taken away from all of us. How about YOU fight for a change instead of letting someone else do it all the time.

There is an element of truth in some commercials on Television lately. Have you seen the new commercial where the Scottish Guy is running around beating people with a dip stick, in order to get their attention to a car oil? That commercial told me a couple of things. People are so asleep, that you have to beat them to wake them up to use another product. The reaction is, finally people will get angry enough to do something about it.

Do you think it is it right that Governments can listen in to your phone conversations and do email surveillance on you? There is no such thing as privacy anymore. George Orwell’s book comes to mind, written in 1948.. the book is “Nineteen Eighty Four.”

Under this so called “Terrorist Act” that was implemented under the Bush administration, the government can do just about anything they darn well please. I am a terrorist? Hardly! Have you been watching all the commercials on T.V about the latest and greatest Pharmaceutical or Insurance? AARP in particular. Hi This Is Victoria Kelley. I have a few home truths to share with you about the CONS of these huge corporations. Some research that has surfaced, through strangers and my own research.

Remember I always tell you to research for yourself and NOT believe everything you see or hear. You should become your own thought police. Be YOUR own Judge.

If I am right…great. However, If I have made a mistake I will also stand up and be big enough to admit it too. How many others will claim the same?

Pharmaceutical Companies lets discuss them for a minute.
One of the biggest cons out there. They will peddle anything and without the correct research and time it takes to get it passed by the FDA.

Here are just a few things I was able to find out.
Illegal tactics: Violating laws that govern the interaction of governmental agencies that oversee the business practices of the company.  Unethical Sales Tactics: Providing misleading information to doctors or distributors about the safety and/or effectiveness of a drug. Want to see more?

Since certain drugs are not tested for side effects on a certain type of prescription many people suffer ill effects from untested drugs.

What about Gardasil? Let us talk about that drug. Everywhere I look there is a commercial for it. The pharmaceutical company wants you to give this to your teenage daughter against the HPV Virus.

Here is the truth you do not see on the commercials.

Gardasil only protects against 4 types (type 6, 11, 16, 18) of this type of virus. There are 40 different types of HPV. Are you aware that you could give your daughter a drug for the wrong kind of HPV virus and she could have a serious re-action to the drug and die?

Lets Talk about AARP and what they have done.
If you do not take care of your elderly Citizens they will take care of themselves. They still hold a very powerful vote in this country. They have worked all their lives for the right to the health care they choose and not what they are currently being told. Up to 60,000 people have left the AARP plan because AARP supports the new health care reform. Jimmy Says: If they admit to 60,000 I will bet you, give you 10 to 1 odds, that the number is greater, much greater..

Oh did I mention that I am originally from Australia and we have socialized medicine over there? There is NO FREEDOM in that system. You are told and you are stuck with the doctor they choose. Too bad if you don’t like him or her. Deal with it.

In my opinion, health care reform…It bites period. The Australian medical system is in a VERY BAD way indeed. Take it from me, I have lived it.
You will have to go on a waiting list to get an operation. It took a family member of my own, three months to get her operation, because it wasn’t classified serious. She was in pain, isn’t that serious enough?

There is your health care reform for the future of America. Been there done that. Wakey, wakey here it comes….

Be careful what you wish for ……because you might just get it.
