Social anxiety treatment. Is there such a thing you may ask? A drug free treatment?

Yes, without the use of drugs these attacks can be stopped. Although the word “cure” isn’t totally right. You don’t get to take a pill & bam it’s cured. But you can stop them altogether.

I crashed a motorcycle and started to suffer panic attacks afterwards. I was given every possible drug to try. I didn’t see any benefit from the drugs but I knew anyway that any help they gave me would stop when I stopped the drugs.

This is the big downside to treating anxiety attacks with drugs. You can’t take medication for ever so any help you get from them will eventually be lost. I doubt very much your own doctor will want you taking medication for too long.

I used to get anxious just waiting for the next random anxiety attack. Well, not so much random with me because I know what triggers my attacks. If I’m in a crowd of anything more than about three or four people. That will trigger an attack.

I would run like hell if I got near a small group of people. I did realise that it was all in my head, there was no “real” danger. But, I just had to run or risk death.

I spent like for ever looking for some kind of cure or treatment. Although it took a while, it was worth it in the end. I never heard mention of the treatment I found from any of the doctors who treated me.

How do I get my man back? I guess you can’t get that thought out of your head. I can sympathise as I’ve been there and it’s not nice. It’s not all bad though as there is hope. There’s always hope.

What should I be doing?

You should be taking some time off. Being totally apart will help, trust me. You can use this time to get your head into shape.

The time apart can also be used to work out what you’ll do next. You could just sit back and hope your husband returns anyway. Or will you make the first move and take action to get your husband back?

The time away from your husband works in another way. You husband will realise you are not around any more. You husband can’t fail to notice you aren’t around and therefore can’t fail to wonder about you.

Anything I shouldn’t be doing?

Where do we start? Harassing your husband won’t help. Calling or texting too many times. Following or (please no) stalking will end any hope of getting them back.

Drinking heavily will not help and could lead to further depression. As will any form of drugs. You can ruin any chance you may have with stupid tactics like the above. Not to mention you risk trouble with the law.

The main thing is not to ruin what chances you have. Why bother making plans only to ruin them with stupid (possibly dangerous) behaviour. Your chances could easily be torn to shreds.

You want to get your ex back? During our short lives, that is something we will all (well nearly all) say. The painful truth is…very few will get what they want.

We usually do the exact opposite of what we should do. Making stupid moves in the hope that our ex will take pity and take us back. Most of the time what happens isn’t what we planned.

We make silly moves like stalking, constantly calling and texting. These things will never work. Any chance of winning them back disappears rapidly.

I belong to a big family and we all live under the same roof. You might think a family this gigantic would bicker all of the time. Definitely not in our case. We are really close and a particularly loving family. Everyday when we get together for a meal it’s as if it’s’s a get together with close friend having a party. With such a large amount of people around all the time there is always plenty of food. There are fifteen of us living under the same roof not including children.

I share my room with two other sisters. Of us 3 I’m the youngest. Financially, my family is very well off and we do not truly have to struggle to afford anything. The only downside is our need to share rooms. My grandmother follows this philosophy that sharing rooms with your siblings will help you build a better bond with them. This is the rationale why I was forced to share my room. My oldest sister is thirteen years older than men, and 2 years older than the other sister. Obviously, both sisters infrequently bully me since I’m so young, or sometimes just ignore me. Naturally I wouldn’t say they don’t love me, they do but frequently don’t treat me like an adult. Both my sisters are very close and share many strategies with one another that they keep from me.

The fact that my sisters treat me like this irritates me. I faced up to my mom about this and she told me to talk to my sisters. I listened to her recommendation but my sisters just decided to ignore me like common.

One day, to my surprise, my sister bought me a Prada purse, which is a great gesture. I was very happy to see that my sisters were eventually starting to see me as a grown-up. Prada is a particularly adult handbag and I was really grateful for it. My sister would buy all of the older family members Prada bags and I eventually got mine! However, I shortly realized it was basically a copy Prada bag.

This made me feel horrible. Part of me wanted to confront her and throw the replica Prada in her face. But I forced myself to relax. I decided to do nothing and silently went into my room to take a short nap. When I eventually awoke the negativity was gone and I took another glance at the copy bag. It dawned on me that the reproduction Prada really looked precisely the same if not better than the first. Additionally, no-one had to know that it was fake to start with.

Although i hated the discrimination from my older sisters, I determined to look on the positive side of things and simply enjoy the new bag even though it was regarded as a reproduction. I realized my eldest sister was ecstatic to see my happy about it. After a while it was exposed that all the bags she purchased were copy Prada. Well, who knew? They seemed so real.

Panic attacks, or anxiety attacks as they are usually one and the same, can strike you out of the blue. They will strike you totally out of the blue. If you are a helpless victim of panic attacks do you wish you could magic them away? Maybe you can

First & Worst Attack

My wife had her very first (and most frightening) panic attack while she was out driving in our car. Clearly this could have had disastrous consequences. When we both got over the shock, and let me tell you I was as shocked as her. We went to visit our doctor.

After the lecture that it’s all in her head we eventually got prescribed beta blockers. I mention “we” got prescribed beta blockers as I really felt I was involved as much as my wife in all this. The drugs would slow her heart rate and stop the onset of the attacks, fingers crossed.

We tentatively went out in the car again and sure enough at the same junction my wife started to feel an attack coming on. The upshot was, she had a full blown panic attack. Albeit without the racing heart rate. She said it was the strangest feeling having a panic attack but at the same time feeling quite calm.

Say No To Drugs

The drugs went straight in the trash as soon as we got home. Me driving this time. My wife suffered for about nine months not being able to get behind the wheel. She never had a panic attack either, which was a mixed blessing.

She was determined we couldn’t allow the situation to continue. Not driving wasn’t a long term option for her. I did some in depth research on the web and we came across various techniques to try. Which we did with varying results. We never found anything that really worked for long.

We Tried Hundreds…And Then Some

We then happened across yet another “method” to supposedly stop them. As we had tried everything we found so far we tried this also. Initial results were ok. We knew any success was because of the method and not the drugs, which she wasn’t taking. At the first attempt when she felt the overpowering urge to panic and scream, she put the method into play. She got through this attack ok.

We had a chat later and she reported she definitely had an attack. But using the methods she was able to tone it down considerably. This knowledge alone boosted her confidence no end. She now felt the power within herself to stop the next attack dead. She didn’t quite manage this.

Easy Does It

Although not stopping it fully, she did low the intensity again. Each and every time she felt an attacking growing she decreased its effects. In less than a month she was able to know when an attack loomed. And more importantly stop it completely.

If panic attacks are the bane of your life you can either do nothing, or see your doctor and try some form of medication. Either way there’s a good chance you won’t get better any time soon.

Or you could say “enough” and take the matter into your own hands. Learn to kill these panic attacks dead with no need for drugs. The solution is at this website…

The first symptoms of this disorder include varying degrees of weakness or tingling sensations in the legs. In many instances, the weakness and abnormal sensations spread to the arms and upper body. These symptoms can increase in intensity until the muscles cannot be used at all and the patient is almost totally paralyzed.

Surgery or vaccinations can trigger Guillain-Barré Syndrome . The disorder can develop over the course of hours or days, or it may take up to 3 to 4 weeks. There is NO known CURE for Guillain-Barré Syndrome.

He was very upset about this H1N1 vaccine. He told me that he would much rather die then to get another flu shot ever again. What does that tell you people?

Between 24 and 32 people died of illnesses related to the vaccine, and an estimated 500 people developed Guillain-Barre Syndrome. The case of Sam Goldstein and the swine flu vaccine. I see a new commercial just came out from the (IWA) Independent Women’s Association about Health Care Reform. They used England as an example of how England’s Breast Cancer rate is higher than America’s because of a national health care plan. GET USED TO IT FOLKS. There may end up being a waiting list for all kinds of services here in America too. Victoria Kelley here again and I would like to shed some light on the Australian socialized medicine program. Some of the OTHER facts.

Australia has had socialized medicine for over 25 years now. Remember too the economy wasnt in such a mess either. The public sector DO have to wait in line for surgery many times. If you can afford to pay that is a different story. Class system? Yes I can say that. Privately owned hospitals in Australia give better service. Public hospitals another story. Your hospitals here in the USA will come under government control too. The Government here in America have to know this too, but still they continue to push this health care reform. There is a catch 22 situation here.

1983 was when Australia decided to introduce socialized medicine, things were very different then. Of course every program has it’s pro’s and con’s. There are a few things to consider with socialized medicine as well. The privacy factor. Your information will become public knowledge. There are problems with card fraud as well. In Australia you are given a swipe card with your Medicare number on it. Also remember another thing here, Australia has had many years of tweaking and playing with the system, in a far more accepting economy.

There are waiting lists for up to one year for knee surgery. Government officials counting hospital chairs as available beds. This is YOUR future AMERICA. Ask yourself why Australian Doctors now live and work in America, if the Australian system is so great?  It has proven to be long term poison for doctors’ incomes in Australia. Dentists earn more in Australia than Doctors do.

There will be NO incentives to join the health care industry. In many cases now, a sales person will be able to make much more than a doctor can. If there are NO doctors there is NO health care. Can a nurse perform surgery? He or she might have to if we have no doctors, willing to work in a public health care system.

When was the last time you had to do some quick math figures in your head? You may need to know it quickly by some of these statistics and population. The United Kingdom  Population: 60,943,912 (July 2008 estimated.) The USA we have Population: 303,824,640 (July 2008 estimated)

1. The doctors worry that their earnings, as well as their decision-making ability, already curtailed by clerks in insurance companies, will be further curtailed by government agencies. If I were a doctor I would be concerned too. It has already happened in other countries that have this same socialised medical system.

2. Pharmaceutical companies worry that their ability to charge high prices for their drugs will be restricted. They are unbelievably greedy as it is. Someone needs to step in and mandate their prices and research that has gone crazy.

3.Insurance companies worry that their stranglehold on the current system will be loosened. The Insurance companies take too much as it is. They need to loosen the purse strings to those people who cannot afford high price insurance.

4. Small businesses worry that they may be required to provide coverage that they cannot afford. These are the guys I really feel for. Struggling to provide a living for themselves and their employees. More insurance hike ups and pay outs to the government will force them to lay off employees. That’s not fair either.

5.The airwaves are full of misinformation. Well haven’t I been saying all along do your own research and stop believing everything that your told.

President Obama as part of his Presidential Campaign promised Health Care Reform but it seems to me, he has left it up to everyone else to fight over. He has pretty much left it to the parties in Congress to pass a Bill with key points that, he would like to see changed. How does this seem right?

When this whole health care reform issue, erupts into a full scale problem in this country what is Mr.Obama going to do then? So many average Americans are so angry over Health Care reform that they are ready to start physically fighting, in the streets! Our duly elected representatives are behaving like children by name calling the average person and treating us like morons. If OUR Doctors go on strike, your health care and this whole country will basically come to a stand still. NO Doctors NO health care. People want to fight about Health Care Reform. Well Let me ask you a question then? In the USA we still do not have a final decision about Health Care Reform. If this is passed and we are already being forced into Vaccines by the state of Massachusetts, what else do you think our Government will do once they pass this Reform? If you are old and sick, will they throw you away like an old shoe? The government cant afford YOUR medicine anymore, time to die grandpa. PEOPLE WAKE UP.

Many lives have been lost over people who had profit and greed to gain by going to war and controlling the masses. Profits and fortunes made through the loss of human life. How blind can YOU be?

As I have said on many occasions, I do not profess to know much about politics, military strategy, health care reform, oil or anything else related to these matters.
